Refund/Return Policy
At Shredrz Attire, we prioritize customer satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original, unused condition, with no alterations. If the item has been washed, dry-cleaned, used, damaged, or modified, we will not be able to accept it for a refund.
We are not responsible for any additional shipping fees or lost returns. Refunds will only be issued for the initial shipping cost if the error was made by Shredrz Attire.

Exchanges
We do not hold products for exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you must return it first. We will issue a refund for the product (excluding shipping costs), and you can then place a new order online.

Package Returns
Before returning any items, please contact us at shredrzattire@gmail.com and include your order number in the email. Returns sent without prior contact will not be accepted. If your return complies with our policy, we will provide instructions for the return process.
For international returns, please mark the package as "Returned Goods." We are not responsible for any customs charges; any such fees will be deducted from your refund.
Once we receive your returned product, please allow 5-7 business days for the refund.
